About This Project

The Glass Eye is a student-run project. It was originally created as a way to protest the phone ban and spread curiosity about it in the hopes that the student body would research the ban. In it's current state, the project serves as a form of protest and as a resource to easily access information on the ban.

The posters are meant to be an entirely peaceful way of expressing anti-phone-ban views. The posters are carefully made as to not violate school policy, and they are placed where they won't be disturbances. If any of the staff requested the posters be taken down, there would be discussions about what can be done to keep them up but ultimately they will be taken down. The goal is not to upset the school, it's to raise awareness and make the anti-ban opinion known.

Each poster is made in photoshop with limited use of Adobe Lightroom as well. No AI was used in the making of this project. Not for the posters, not for the code of this website, none of it.
